Tips to stay HEALTHY!

Wash your hands- for 20 seconds 

Get at least 9 hours of sleep

Be active for 1 hour/day (60 minutes)

Limit Screen Time - 2 hours/day

 Drink lots of water - 8 cups

    Wear a mask when going out in public   

Keep your hand away from your T-Zone (eyes, nose & mouth)

Eat seasonal Fruits and Vegetables
